• The bank has sold an invalid mortgage to Fannie Mae.
• Fannie Mae is a true holder, since they took it for value as true, and as represented by the bank.
• The mortgage is now worthless as collateral, and can no longer be used as a component of the mortgage-backed securities bundle that has already been sold into the marketplace by Fannie Mae.
• The property owner has no obligation to Fannie Mae, as Fannie Mae was never a party to the sale. On the contrary, the bank is the party that benefited from the payment of cash provided by Fannie Mae, and the bank must therefore make Fannie Mae whole by return of the value by a legitimate means – either by paying cash, or else by the replacement of another fraudulently obtained mortgage.
• That leaves the property owner in possession of a free and clear property, and the criminal bank holding the bag as the entity responsible to the actual lender (Fannie Mae, or whomever), for repayment of the funds advanced.
• The bank cannot lay claim to any property interest, as the bank was engaged in a fraudulent transaction and had no valid contract with the buyer, and acknowledged that the property owner had no claim on this property at the time of the transaction.

Do You Want A Recession Buster That Will Make You Smile Again?
Recession, Job loses, Cut backs, Debts, Foreclosures, Private Financial Pain, Unemployment, Rising Crime rates. Now we the people are going to pay the price for those Wbanker that have been running our countries. Your governments are keeping you poor for a reason and the reason is they want to control you and do so by your debt. (I owe, I owe, so off to work I go) In recession they put more control over you by putting fear of loss into your head. Fear of loosing the job, then the house, car, security etc. Watch the vidoes you will see where I am coming from.
So what can we do for our own financial security. Years back a house could be run on one wage in the 80s we needed two wages and now we will soon need three wages just to have a reasonable standard of living. If that is the case what can we do?
We don't nessesarily need a job; But we do need an income.

What fun it is living and working in a Debt based economy. Before this bale out we were paying directly and indirectly 78p out of every pound in TAX!
I thought they would never tax laughter, but if you look at people around you, you must admit that there are a lot of miserable faces.
I heard a chap on the radio today that works and lives in Hong Kong, he said their income tax is 15% plus the government has made a big profit over the last year and are going to give money back to the people as a thank you.
Who wants enemies when you got Blair, Bush and now Brown. If they call this freedom I think it's time to question what the Hells going on.

There was a time when I thought you borrow from them so you pay back.
But since being caught up in their sly, slippery, underhanded games. I will now help and show anyone a loophole where they can get away without paying one penny of their debt.
If the credit card companies were so squeaky clean there would be no way that 100s upon 100s of people were getting away with not paying them thousands of pounds or dollars etc.
I heard of one person being able to writing off over $40k in credit card debt in one month.
I will be back with with more and I will try to explain what they have been upto. I need a few days to gather the information.

Thats the biggest understatement of your life. Our Governments Uk's & USA's have sold us down the bloody river.
Do you know that our 2 countries are so in debt, that every penny they take from you in just income tax goes to pay the interest on the national debt. Not one penny of income tax goes to schools or hospitals.
The national debt is something like 6 trillion and it can never be paid off, the governments don't have control over their countries money the banksters do.
The Bank of England and the Federal Reserve, are privatley run organisations that Rule Our Governments. The Governments are frightened of them because of all the money our countries owe them, they the banksters own all the money and we are paying more and more tax just to cover interest on the money we owe.....

If I got it right this club teaches and helps you get out of debt, then if you want to you can work with them and help other people to get out of debt and you can make some serious money by helping others.
A lot of people are making full time incomes with part time hours.
I think the credit card companies deserve all they get from this club because of the way they treat people with charges upon charges interest upon interest they want you in debt they want to squeeze every last penny out of you.

I despise credit card companies for encouraging so many people into the wretchedness of debt. Every time they send you your monthly statement they encourage you to spend more and more and when you have spent to the limit they will harass you mercilessly forpayment.
Some people will even be harassed into poor health. To my way of thinking that makes the credit card companies fair game for any way you can beat them. There is a group of people who can show you precisely how to go about just that. The club will show you how to wipe out your credit card debts ... legally and with out repercussion.
